Have been calling your number ( and nobody responds to that), mailing at your id ( and no reply there either). and now checked the order delivery status at your site which states, my order will be delivered three hours from my order time! "I was at fault at assuming that they deliver during lunch hours. They clearly state that they open their kitchen by 4 pm. I apologise for the same. As soon as the kitchen opened, I received a call from them clarifying the status of my order. Appreciate their time and service! :) "
"The online system lets you place an order and set a delivery time so that you think you're going to receive food when the kitchen isn't even open. My order was placed around 2.45pm and accepted at 3.15pm with a delivery time set of 3.26pm. When I called at 3.56pm to ask where my order was I was told the kitchen doesn't open until 4pm and that they couldn't get through on my phone line to tell me but that the food would be delivered once cooked starting 4pm. Really unimpressed; the staff could have made more effort to contact me via email or they could just FIX THE WEBSITE PLEASE. It's ridiculous that you can place and pay for an order with a set delivery time when the place isn't even open."

"I would just like to say that this is the third time in two weeks I have ordered from this restaurant, and their food is superlative, and looks EXACTLY like the appetising photographs of it. Last time they forgot one of my Poppadoms, and this time I was sent extra condiments, which I was so grateful for. I NEVER leave Reviews, but being disabled, I am reliant on food being delivered. The food always comes piping hot, beautifully wrapped and delivered at the exact time I'm given Online by a most delightful gentleman. My whole experience with this restaurant has been wonderful, and I will be regularly ordering with them, hopefully for MANY years to come. Do try them yourself, and see I will be proven right. Your delivery range settings are apparently different on each platform, which means I can't select you as a restaurant on Just Eat. I'd prefer to do this, because then I can pay with Paypal, and re-order a previous order. "I ordered the Goan fish curry today (new item on menu) and was very disappointed- it did not have any ‘goan’ flavours. It was just a sweet-ish tomato based curry sauce. I was expecting some coconut, maybe kokum and a bit more chillies. The other items in my order were delicious and as expected (I have been ordering from here for years) Thanks Natalia"
